Alicia's Inn

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, even an iron and ironing board. Staff also helped us with a late check-in after a last-minute booking, then looked after our bags while we got food before leaving. It was an easy base for my first trip to SXM: shops and places to eat are all around the centrally located hotel, and the Boardwalk is about a 10-minute walk. Shieka's next door had the heartiest, best breakfast I’ve had in the Caribbean. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were roomy and very clean, and the place is just right for getting to beaches, shops, and restaurants on foot. Everything matched what was advertised.

Barbara James was especially kind and helped me with anything she could. The staff and office workers were friendly, and the rooms were clean. I felt safe coming and going at Alicia's lnn Guests House on Back Street Philipsburg. My first stay at Alicia's lnn was a very nice experience, and I’ll tell friends and family to stay there if they vacation in sint- maarten. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the property was clean, and the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed my stay, especially being so close to the beach, but I probably wouldn’t choose this location again. The property isn’t staffed after 5PM, and parking was hard to find nearby, at least in July. With much of the area closed and quiet, there wasn’t much to do. I’ve heard it’s better in “high season.”
