Serge, the property manager, was helpful, and we enjoyed staying in these well-equipped, individually owned condos. The two-story units have two bedrooms. Ours had two bathrooms, though some have only one and a half. They're right on the beach at the end of Philipsburg, with an easy walk along the shore to the boardwalk shops and restaurants. There's also a nice pool near the beach. I never felt unsafe, though Philipsburg can seem a bit sketchy after dark. My main frustration was parking, since there are no reserved spaces and you have to find one on the street. It would also help if guests could use the laundry outside its posted 1-4 hours. With those drawbacks, I'd give the stay four stars rather than five.

Rose Marie welcomed us warmly and shared useful information about the villa and the area. She also arranged a taxi transfer that was convenient and arrived on time. We had a wonderful family stay at Villa Foxie, on the beach on Front Street in Philipsburg. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the sea views from both the balcony and terrace, plus the shared outdoor pool. It was easy to walk to Philipsburg's shops, restaurants, and attractions. We liked strolling along the boardwalk and exploring town. A couple of small improvements would make the place better for us: the barbecue needs more upkeep, and we'd prefer charcoal to gas for that smoky flavor. Water pressure and temperature were sometimes inconsistent, so a gas hot water heater might be a good addition. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend Villa Foxie for a relaxing stay, especially for families wanting to enjoy Sint Maarten's beauty and culture. Villa 2 has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep six with its queen-size sofa bed and an extra blow-up mattress if needed. We just got back from an amazing stay. The villa was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including access to the communal pool. It's in a small gated complex with direct beach access. The property manager was very nice and available for questions. We'd definitely love to come back.

Villa #3 is beautiful, and our stays are fantastic every time. Bring a few good books, get the blender going, and enjoy the water. We like swimming in the ocean or unwinding by the pool at sunset. By the time we leave, we're already looking forward to coming back again :)

The condo is comfortable in every way, with a full kitchen, BBQ, loungers, beach towels, great linens, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. A well-stocked market is just a very short walk away, and the beach in front of the gated complex is the cleanest in this area. There are a few maintenance issues, the usual kind for a beach house, but "Wally" responds right away. For really hot water, take your shower in the afternoon.
