The rooms were amazing, the staff were super friendly, and the bar drinks were good. I would've liked more music at the bar, like at some of the nearby restaurants, but the whole experience was fantastic. The location was perfect. I'd highly recommend this resort, I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

The rooms are very nice, and the resort is centrally located. The other staff members were amazing. But this place isn't kid-friendly. Bartenders shouldn't yell at young kids for playing in the pool, and guests should be able to play music at a reasonable volume on their own speakers. There are way too many rules, and they take the fun out of a vacation.

Great location, with several good restaurants, shops, a market, and a casino within walking distance. The restaurant on the property was pretty good too. My wife and I will definitely be back. There isn't much swimming in the sea, since nearly half the water has rocks and seaweed, and the kids take over the pool all day.

This will be my third vacation at Royal Palm, and each time I come, more family members join me. The hospitality is wonderful. The front desk girls take good care of you, and the guys help with luggage or anything else you need brought to your room. The concierge Giannce is wonderful too. I see her to help me with my excursions.

We barely spent any time at the hotel, so the lack of activities and room service didn't really affect us. The room was clean and roomy, and the location couldn't have been better. :-)
