Our experience with Jordan Village Agency was very negative. The washing machine broke and took a whole month to replace, while the air conditioner stopped working and wasn’t repaired for two weeks. Even with those essential appliances out of service for a significant part of our tenancy, the utility bills were nearly twice what we expected. We still haven’t been given a clear explanation, and the agency refused to refund any of the money. The deposit was also returned late and short. The contract said it should be back within two months after moving out, but we waited about three. They deducted money for cleaning that wasn’t done, and for utility charges that remain questionable given the appliance problems. We had cleaned the apartment ourselves before leaving, and a friend moved in right away, so no extra cleaning was needed as far as we could tell. When we first moved in, the apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned either, and we have photos of its condition. Between the maintenance delays, unclear utility charges, and deposit issues, we can’t recommend Jordan Village Agency. Future tenants should review the terms carefully and keep records of payments and communications.
