Simpson Bay Suites

We booked here because our usual place was full, and we'll definitely stay again. It's in the perfect spot on the island, with covered parking on site. The rooms are huge, with a full kitchen and balcony. We love the cat.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast at the on-site restaurant Juliettes was wonderful. I stayed in the Villa's section and really enjoyed the pool, which was large and never too crowded. The suites have loads of space: I spent about a week in a two-bedroom suite, then a few more days in a one-bedroom. The two-bedroom had two bathrooms, and the living room's two pull-down Murphy beds worked out decently for my friends, though they found them extremely firm. I extended my stay twice because I hated leaving. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

We used this as a convenient stop between flights from SXM. The rooms give you plenty of space and a kitchen, which works well for families who need room and aren't after luxury. The place is older and could use some updates.

We were lucky some new friends on the island pointed us here. Mo was wonderful and got us settled in quickly. Our suite was huge and clean, with cozy beds and a hot shower. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, plus a gorgeous view of Simpson Bay. I'd say it's a must.
