Christine and Natalie at reception really made my stay. Christine got me checked in smoothly and shared useful details about the hotel and the area. When I left, Natalie handled checkout quickly and without hassle. They both made me feel looked after. 😙😃 The hotel was elegant and well kept, with luxurious rooms and excellent amenities. Everyone I dealt with, from the concierge to housekeeping, was friendly and attentive. The location made it easy to reach attractions and entertainment, too. I had a memorable visit and would happily recommend it. Thanks! I already miss Damascus. 🌹🌹🌹

The rooms were as described, though the bathrooms feel dated and could use some work. Breakfast was poorly organized and took away from the stay. On the plus side, it’s in a great spot and the staff were friendly and accommodating from the welcome at reception onward. That’s a three-star experience for me.

The hotel was super clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. Being surrounded by that historical Syrian atmosphere made the stay feel almost like stepping into another time. Everything was close by, and staying here added so much to the whole Syrian experience. I loved every second. I can’t say enough, and strongly recommend it for anyone wanting a fulfilling Syrian Demarcus experience.

We spent five nights here and had a great time exploring the old city. It’s a charming option for foreigners. Our tour company charged us $90 USD per night, though I don’t know if booking directly costs less. The traditional breakfast was tasty, but drinks aren’t included, so they’re added to your bill at checkout. You have to ask the front desk if you want your room cleaned each day. Laundry was good and reasonably priced, about $6 USD for a small bag of clothes. The staff spoke a little English and seemed to appreciate us trying some Arabic.
