The main downside was a nearby nightclub playing very loud music until 3:00am. I’d ask for a room as far away from it as possible. Even so, the friendly, accommodating staff and well cared for property made a strong impression. There’s a bar on site, and town is close with a range of dining options, though there’s no dining at the property itself. Our suite was spacious, well appointed, and met all our needs. The balcony view of the gardens and ocean was amazing. The resort was immaculate, the pool spectacular, and the lounge chairs were comfortable. It’s absolutely beautiful, and a lot nicer than the high rise property nearby. It won’t disappoint.

Our modern, spacious suite was spotless and felt comfortable, with a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. The patio view was spectacular, and waking up to turquoise water each morning made our 20th anniversary even more special. My wife and I chose The Regent Grand for the occasion, and it exceeded every expectation. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Lorraine greeted us warmly at check-in, then personally showed us upstairs and gave us a tour once the room was ready. Service stayed exceptional throughout. Everyone, from the beach attendants to the bar staff, was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made the stay feel effortless and relaxing. For a laid back, romantic getaway in Turks and Caicos, I couldn’t recommend The Regent Grand more. We can’t wait to return.

We booked through AMEX travel and didn’t really know the resort or T&C. It turned out to be our best resort trip ever. Lorraine and Jack were exceptional, and the place and people were top notch. We’ll definitely be back!

Although the hotel had no availability and we had to book through a travel site, my daughter and I had a magnificent stay at the Regent Grand. We were there from March 14 to March 21 in room 208. The beach, hotel bar, and staff were all wonderful, and the experience exceeded our expectations. There’s no restaurant on site, but at least ten world class places to eat are within a mile. We’ve visited the island at least ten times, and taking everything into account, this is the best place in my view.

The location is great, close to what you need, with dining, groceries, and shops an easy walk away. The property is clean and well cared for, and the security team is great. David greeted us every day. Staff are the heart of the Regent Grande: welcoming, attentive, helpful, and easy to reach. Bravo to Randall and his team, Jon, Franklin, Jack, Edne, and bartender Abigail. Beachside service and food were incredible, and there were always plenty of chaise lounge seats. The concierge team handled anything we needed at the condo and coordinated logistics wonderfully. Thank you, Loraine, Deleka, Ashley, and Rantsny. Housekeepers Lorraina and Wendy paid close attention to detail, and our accommodations were so clean.
