The spa was the one part of Windsong Resort that felt underwhelming. The staff there were kind and professional, and the treatments were pleasant, but the amenities and atmosphere didn't feel as elevated as the rest of the property. It seemed like the spa had limited resources and could use some improvements. The rest of our stay was lovely. The resort is beautiful and well cared for, the beach is stunning, and our accommodations were comfortable. Most of the staff we met were warm and attentive, and the whole place made for a very relaxing getaway. We still enjoyed our visit and would recommend Windsong Resort for a peaceful vacation.

We spent the evenings by the fire after snorkeling right off the beach, and Grace Bay was only about seven minutes away by car. We drove there each night, and parking at the hotel was free. The view from our room was stunning, and as an interior designer I especially liked the room itself. We stayed in the Beachside building, where it was excellent, with a galley kitchen stocked with what we needed. We even got laundry done before leaving. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the property was well kept when we arrived. For my 50th birthday they left us a sweet card and a bottle of wine. We also squeezed in a workout in the well-equipped gym, with three Peloton bikes, rowing machines, free weights, and more. This is a perfect place to stay, and we'll absolutely come back.
Windsong was gorgeous and very relaxing, with a great location if you've got a car. The full kitchen and washer-dryer came in handy during our five-day stay, and the amenities were good. Staff were really nice. The villa rooms and pool were closed for renovations, which meant there wasn't a pool available for guests. It would've been helpful to know that ahead of time, since some people would choose a pool over the beach. Some of the gym equipment was broken, so that wasn't ideal.
The resort itself was beautiful, and the rest of the staff were polite and helpful. But the beachfront team responsible for the boats and gear made our stay difficult. They seemed to want to make things miserable, and even a generous tip only improved things a little. We raised it with the hotel manager, who helped, though it was still a challenge. It could have been a fabulous trip otherwise. I have no desire to return to T and C, and definitely not to this resort. The beach staff should have been doing their job.
The beach was the highlight, with excellent, very clean sand and a lovely view. The room needed a change because its chairs were broken, but the replacement room had the same issue, so they brought two chairs over from another room. Room quality was just average. The receptionist was nice and helpful, and cleanliness and service were good. The lobby was tiny, not even good enough for a two-star hotel, in my opinion. The restaurants were small and simple, and breakfast was very basic. You even had to pay extra for a single egg. Getting to town was inconvenient because there was no shuttle, so taxis were needed all the time. There was nothing happening in the evening, no activities or music.
