Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas

Our room was spotless and had all the appliances we needed for a holiday stay. The pool was lovely, the grounds were clean, and the staff, especially Ray and Luz, were really friendly. There are restaurants nearby, and Grace Beach and other beaches are within walking distance. The price was great, too. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the international airport. We had a great stay.

We’ve now stayed here twice for a week, first in the Hibiscus Villa in May 2024 and then in the Orchid Villa in November 2024. The Orchid worked perfectly for us, even though we’d thought we needed a full kitchen and fridge. We brought breakfast and lunch supplies from IGA for the week. It has a big bathroom like the Hibiscus, plus a roomy walk-in closet with drawers, hanging space, an iron, a safe, and a steamer. We got fresh beach towels daily, and the bed was made and trash emptied. Luz and her team are lovely, keep everything clean, and tend the lush gardens. The place is quiet at night and a great value. We especially come for the beach, just a short walk away, with chairs, umbrellas, and lovely views, away from the resorts. You’ll need a car to explore the island, and Grace bay car rentals is the way to go. We can’t wait to return. See you soon, Luz!

We spent most of our time outdoors, so the Oleander villa was perfectly sufficient, even if the room itself wasn’t fancy. The shared small pool was nice for lounging, and we got to know the friendly guests in the other two villas. The beach is just a two-minute walk, with fine, beautiful sand, private chairs, and umbrellas. Nobody approached us trying to sell things, unlike on other Caribbean islands. Within five minutes on foot there are three places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a nightcap. For more restaurant choices, I’d rent a car and head toward the busier resort area, where many restaurants are open to the public.

I’ve never complained about a booking before, but the Magnolia villa we were put in looked nothing like the nicer villas shown on Expedia. The listing didn’t say which villa we’d get, or give its name or a description when we booked. We stayed one night, offered to pay for two, and asked for a refund, but the owner CHRISTOPHER refused. This was the worst place on the island for us. I’d recommend Royal West Indies resort instead.
