Neptune Villas

We stayed during the week of hurricane Melissa and called beforehand to ask about being there during a storm. They were very understanding. Once we arrived, the staff were courteous and took time to make sure we had what we needed to ride it out. Even while securing the facility, they showed excellent customer service. The food was excellent too. Top notch. We’ll be back, hopefully without a hurricane off the coast.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I’d booked a pontoon ride in the lagoon. When we arrived that morning, we were told the boat had a mechanical issue. I understand that can happen, but basic courtesy would be to call clients and let them know ahead of time. I raised that politely, and the owner brushed me off, saying she had no time for it. Am I the AH?

The rooms were spacious and nice, and I loved having an outdoor pool for each room. The staff were pleasant, but the restaurant food was just mid. The place could use a better clean, especially the walls, doors and outside area. There weren’t TVs or full-length mirrors in the rooms, and I wish the property had a gym.

Such a hidden gem, 10/10. The villas are the cutest, and the staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Don’t hesitate to book!
