We were meant to leave on 1/1 after arriving on 12/24, but liked One on Marlin so much that we stayed until 1/3. Suzanna was attentive and accommodating, taking care of anything we needed. The room was just right for two, and I could cook meals and sleep well. The location is under 10 minutes from the beach. One on Marlin has a beach area with chairs and umbrellas for its guests and those from the sister property Kokomo. Since we rented a car, we didn’t use the beach shuttle, but friends we met said it was great. Staying here cost much less than beachfront accommodation, which worked for us since the beach was a short drive away. We had a magical time and would stay here again if we return to T&C.

Suzanna is the reason my solo stay in TCI felt so comfortable. From the start, she made me feel genuinely cared for, which meant a lot traveling alone in the Caribbean. She gave me reliable taxi contacts, restaurant suggestions, local places for coffee and souvenirs, and advice on beaches for swimming and relaxing. Every tip was spot-on. She was always available for questions, helpful pointers, and check-ins to see if I was comfortable and enjoying myself. I felt safe and supported and could really enjoy Provo. For a peaceful adults-only getaway with a host who goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The room had everything we needed, including a full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Suzanna was always around to help, from arranging a rental car to answering our questions, which made the trip feel easy and stress-free. Our comfortable stay was a big part of an unforgettable Turks and Caicos vacation. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The grounds were peaceful, with lush greenery, and we spent many evenings on the balcony. We even had a couple of friendly puppies and lizards come by. The place is about a mile from IGA, which was handy for groceries and snacks to cook in our room. We felt warmly welcomed when we checked in, and Suzanna carefully explained everything in the room. She also gave us a phone to call the free beach shuttle, a nice perk. Meme, the housekeeper, was kind and did a very nice job each day. She chatted with us while we waited for our taxi at checkout. The host was flexible about checkout time, which we appreciated. Jeffrey, our shuttle driver, was punctual, friendly, and personable. The shuttle also goes to their sister hotel, which has a pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
