Seven Stars Resort & Spa

The beach was lovely, with white sand and clear water that was great for snorkeling. We brought our own gear, though the property also has kits to borrow. It wasn't crowded, so there were plenty of seats, and the staff provided beach towels. My 4-year-old had a great time both in the water and in the family pool. There's also an adults-only pool. We were welcomed with towels and fruit and rum punch, which was a nice way to settle in. Staff and management made us feel comfortable from the start. Our room was clean, and the refill stations around the property made the reusable water bottles they gave us handy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too. We had a great stay at Seven Stars and can't wait to return!

Our room was 2603, and waking up to that ocean view each day was one of the best parts of the trip. The property is beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location. Housekeeping really stood out: Pradhan and his sidekick kept the room spotless and refreshed it thoughtfully every day. Their care made us feel extra welcome. We also loved the comfortable lounges and the morning buffet. Everything was above what we'd expected, and we'd gladly stay at Seven Stars again. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos.

We spent a great week at Seven Stars in December 2025. Charles was fantastic with the beach service, and the included chairs and umbrellas were always available. The beach is gorgeous, and our room and its views were wonderful too. The Farm was great, while The Terrace was just okay. We didn't try Seven. We could walk to Embers, Cocktail Perfetto, and the grocery story, and even pop next door to Ritual at the Ritz for morning coffee. We'd come back.

The kind, attentive staff at the pool, breakfast, beach, spa, and in room service made our 7 nights enjoyable. Jameson, Larrica, Nelli, and Charles were especially good. The room was clean, with service twice a day, and the beach was clean and easy to reach. This was our second visit to the island, and the water and quiet beaches are beautiful. We booked a Junior suite, oceanfront through Amex travel services, but got a ground-floor room with only a partial ocean view. The hotel didn't seem full at first. I was told it would fill up later in the week, and when I asked why longer-stay guests paying more couldn't get a better room, no clear answer came. We were told to ask about higher floors when booking. Based on other Google reviews, it seems people who don't book directly may get ground-floor rooms. If you book through another service, mention the floor and view you want and ask if they'll honor it. The resort should offer a move to a better floor when one becomes available, even if it can't do so on the first night. They should also describe the ground-floor views as partial or even less ocean view. We couldn't enjoy the patio because mosquitoes were so bad. At check-in, some front desk staff weren't very helpful, though others knew more and were willing to assist. Don't settle for the first answer you get. The rest of the staff deserve five stars or more, and it's a shame the front desk experience wasn't as strong. Our suite was supposed to have slippers, but there weren't any. When we asked, we were told they'd run out, with no offer to bring some later or find another pair. It's a small thing, but those details should be easy to manage. The TV had few channel options and wasn't a smart TV. When I asked about Netflix or streaming, I was told to try it and see if it worked. We later learned we could ask for a Firestick. There is a kids' pool, but most children were in the main pool. We saw a boy tell his father several times that he needed to pee. His father wasn't paying attention, and the boy wet his trunks at the pool edge, then jumped into the water. We got out quickly, and it put us off using the pool for the rest of the trip. Accidents happen, and with daily cleaning, filtration, and chlorination, the pool is plenty clean, but witnessing it was still unpleasant. Guests also played loud music on Bluetooth speakers and were noisy themselves, so don't expect a quiet, relaxing pool even in low season. On the ground floor, the bathroom shades are thin and people can see in, especially at night. Our patio door also wouldn't lock. Maintenance was at lunch, so the manager kindly came to make a temporary fix. Check that ground-floor patio doors lock. The 4.7 rating may give some travelers the wrong impression.
