The Suites at Mr Grouper

My car was parked just a few steps from my room, and Grace Bay beach was only a one-minute drive down the street, with other amenities nearby. The hotel was clean, efficient, and very well run. Booking, check-in and check-out, and communication with receptionist Jenny were all quick and pleasant. I slept really well thanks to the mattress and a/c. I had a truly great June stay at this cute, cozy hotel. Highly recommended!

Avoid this place. Less than three days before I was due to arrive, they canceled my reservation, which seemed like an overbooking. They offered me a room for just one night at a much higher rate. The room had missing doorknobs and wasn’t what I expected for the price. The location wasn’t great either, and bright lights from the nearby parking lot stayed on all night. The manager was only there a couple of hours a day, and I never got a call. They even accused me of canceling. Why would I cancel and then show up excited, only to mess myself over? There was no accountability. I ended up paying almost twice as much, and our vacation was ruined.

Sabrina was so kind and helpful, whether it was booking the room, finding us the right tour, or arranging a late checkout. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean, and having a kitchen was nice. Grace Bay Beach is only an eight-minute walk away. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was, well... you can judge it from the video I added. The location was just right, about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful Turks and Caicos beach. The famous Thursday fish fry and local event spot is literally in the hotel’s backyard, only two minutes away.
