West Bay Club

We spent five wonderful nights here for our 35th anniversary. The hotel sits right on the beach and includes several water activities, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. Staff were amazing, especially Lloydeka at the front desk. She welcomed us, checked that we were happy, and remembered our names whenever she saw us. We liked having a restaurant and bar on site, and being away from downtown made the stay peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed it so much and hope to return.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the pool was warm. The resort was well maintained, with a gorgeous, quiet beach and soft white sand. Breakfast was complimentary each day, had lots of choices, and was great. The staff were helpful and friendly.

For my 30th birthday, I spent five nights at West Bay Club, and it couldn’t have been a better celebration. The resort is beautiful, the room was spotless, and it’s ideal if you want beach time and a chance to relax. The beach is so stunning that it was hard to leave. Food and drinks are expensive, though I think prices are high everywhere in Turks, and they were worth it. Staff were fantastic and always ready to help, especially Giovanni and Ladayka at the front desk.

The condo had a full kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and skillets, plus a king bed in the single bedroom. There was also a half bath in the foyer with a washer and dryer, and a large master bathroom with a toilet, tub, and shower. Large windows gave us a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and the open, spacious interior was nicely decorated. This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. At the open-air reception, staff offered us cold fruit punch or rum punch while we registered, then gave us a thorough tour of the condo. They were friendly and knew the property well. The landscaping was beautifully kept, and both the beach and water were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent free breakfast with its many choices.
