Lussein and Marthe made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, with their warmth, kindness, and big smiles. Their care made my stay memorable. They were attentive and ready to help throughout, whether I needed advice or assistance, or they were simply checking that things were going well. Their professionalism and heartfelt hospitality are rare. I’ll remember their generosity and lovely energy long after my visit. They’re a real credit to the hotel, and I highly recommend it.

A peaceful spot for lunch with friends. I ate by the pool, and both the pool and restaurant were nicely decorated and well maintained. There was a good range of local and international dishes, and the Wi-Fi was available and fast.

The food and drinks were okay, and our waiter was polite and nice. The security guy at the entrance, though, wasn't friendly. We wanted to take our leftovers with us, but they had no bag to put them in and expected us to carry the takeaway pack by itself 😏. That was really disappointing for a 5 ⭐ hotel.

The breakfast was a 10/10, and Wi-Fi worked well in my room, though the signal was poor by the pool. For the price, I expected better from the room: instead of a queen bed, I got two beds pushed together, and the shower hose leaked. There wasn't an iron in the room, but you could ask reception for one.
