The WiFi and location are good, but room 104 had bedbugs. I saw one and wondered if I’d really spotted it correctly. It’s also extremely loud. I can usually sleep through a war zone, but loudspeakers woke me every day at 7 am, and the noise kept me from sleeping until 3 am. The water is cold, and there’s no hand soap. For 15k cfa, it just isn’t good value. Disappointing.

After two nights here, I found it good value for money, very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. One staff member was really nice, the other was average. The big drawback is the location in the middle of the market: cars honk until 11:30 pm, then people blast music from 11:30 pm onward. The hotel is on floors 3 and 4, and there’s only a narrow staircase, which is awkward with a suitcase. There are power cuts and no generator. Also, most reviewers here have only one review, so I seriously doubt the authenticity of the average rating.

The staff are helpful and know their stuff, and the location is excellent, right in the center with good public transit access to Aflao and farther places. For the price, it’s great value. Rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom, and even come with a towel. It can get a little noisy because of the nearby market, though how much depends a lot on the room you get.

It was a really depressing stay. They began taking the roof off at 6 am. I wouldn't recommend it.
