The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was great. When the hot water stopped working, the staff quickly let us shower in another room while they fixed it, and it was sorted by the next morning. The front desk team were friendly and helpful, and arranged an excellent Hong Island tour for us. The property is peaceful, with lovely greenery and an impressive cliff view. It's about a 20-minute walk to the beach, which suited us since we enjoy walking, and there's a handy shuttle several times a day for anyone who prefers a ride. We had a great stay, highly recommended!

The shuttle was free, which we appreciated, though a clearer timetable would have helped. The hotel has amazing views and a really nice pool, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even made us a very good breakfast box when we asked. We did find large and tiny ants in the room, and quite a few dead insects in the corridors. Still, we had a good stay.

A microwave would be a useful addition, either in the rooms or somewhere in the hotel like the kitchen. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay: the pool was exceptionally clean and inviting, the staff were very supportive, and the location amid lush greenery brought us close to nature.

The room was bright, clean, and very spacious, with a stunning view over the pool, nature, and the cliff. All rooms have the same bright view. The staff were lovely and approachable, and the location was good. Breakfast was OK, just the basics. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, and there's a shuttle to the old town around four times a day. Excellent hotel.

It was peaceful here, away from noisy areas, which made it easy to unwind after busy days out. The balcony views and pool were stunning, and we were a bit awestruck when we first saw them. The staff were genuinely kind and happy to help throughout our stay. They arranged private cars whenever we needed one, so getting around was simple and stress-free. A calm, beautiful resort with a relaxing atmosphere. We'd happily recommend it for a quieter stay with amazing views.
