The restaurant staff were lovely and friendly, and the reception girls were kind too. The view and pool area were stunning, and the shuttle to the beach was great. Still, we’re about to check out and have to give a mixed review because the start of our stay was really rough. Our reserved room wasn't what we got, and when we asked to move, they showed us an even worse one. The sink was blocked and the duvet they gave us was for a single bed. I complained the next day, and they finally put us in the room we'd originally booked. All that stress was unnecessary and came down to poor room management. The girls at the desk aren't to blame, it's the reception manager. Avoid rooms 307 or 404. If you get one, they're messing you around. I wish I could rate this place higher, but that start spoiled it. Reception manager, please don't ruin people's holidays by putting them in substandard rooms and undoing the good work of your staff.

For the price, we loved our stay, especially the pool view room. The pool looked beautiful with stone mountains and palm trees all around it. Breakfast was delicious, with enough variety to earn a 5/5, and the coffee machine also made hot chocolate. My husband asked them to decorate a little as a surprise for our anniversary, and it turned out so beautiful. The bathroom had some kind of smell, though it was bearable, not too bad. The main drawback is the location: it's about a 15-20 minute walk to Ao Nang beach. The route goes through a busy market, so walking should be fine if you don't mind that.

Loved the peaceful setting, with the main road and beach still an easy walk away. The staff were lovely and friendly, breakfast was great, and the pool was nice. The balcony view was amazing. Highly recommend!

The room had a beautiful view, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We stayed in December and really enjoyed it. It’s peaceful here, with the center just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend it.
