The location was the one real plus, and breakfast was okay, nothing special. The price felt wildly out of line with what we got. Online photos gave a misleading impression, since the property looks completely different in person. It’s old and dated, more like a cheap motel than a resort, yet priced like a premium hotel. Service was poor throughout. There was no elevator or bell staff, so we had to carry our bags up to the third floor. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, and came across as racist. Whenever we asked for something, we heard “We do not have” or “We do not do,” with no effort or solutions. Several basics were missing: napkins, a room phone, extra bathroom tissue, and a shower curtain. The bathroom smelled bad, and tiles around the sink were broken. The bartender also had a poor attitude, no smile, and no customer service skills. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
