The staff made the stay especially easy. They were warm and attentive, helped with transport and tours, and checked that we were comfortable. Our room was roomy and clean, and housekeeping kept it in good shape each day. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool after visiting the nearby islands. The location worked well for us: near the beach, shops, restaurants, and tour operators, but still quiet enough to unwind. Breakfast had Thai dishes as well as international choices, with a pleasant place to eat. I had a relaxing time here and would happily return on my next Thailand trip.

We really enjoyed staying here and would come back. The rooms are spacious, and the grounds are clean, green, and lovely. The pool is quite large, the staff are friendly and polite, and the restaurant serves good food. There’s a pharmacy, convenience store, and several other restaurants right outside. Ao Nang beach and the night market are walkable, probably around 1-1.5 km away.

The service was a letdown too. Staff weren’t very helpful, and even basic requests took ages or needed to be repeated. It gave me the impression that guests weren’t getting much attention or proper management. The building feels old and worn, with rooms that look nothing like the online photos. The bathroom, furniture, and other parts of the room need renovation, which surprised me for a Ramada property. For a place presented as 4-star, this didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make major improvements to both the building and service.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with what we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was another strong point, an easy walk to Ao Nang Beach and convenient for markets, restaurants, and tours. I’d seen older comments about renovation, but found the hotel clean and well looked after. We had a wonderful stay, better than I expected.

Ao Nang Beach is only a short walk away, and it was easy to get to the markets, restaurants, and island tours from the hotel. The room was roomy and comfortable, with the amenities we needed. I’d read older reviews saying the hotel and bathrooms needed work, so I was a little wary. Once we arrived, that concern went away: everything looked clean, well maintained, and properly managed. We had a wonderful stay, and I’m grateful for it 🙏🏻
