Rocco Aonang Krabi

We spent five nights here while in Krabi. The view was lovely, and we could walk to Ao Nang Beach, shops, and some really good restaurants. The property was clean, we had no other issues, and communication with the owner was great. The water was the one letdown. The pressure was poor and it never got hot enough.

We spent a week here while training at Khunsuek Muay Thai and had a great time. The ocean views and friendly staff will be missed. There’s a pool and gym, plus laundry service and scooter rentals right on site. Highly recommend it!

There’s a 7/11 about a three-minute walk away, and the laundry is just below the apartment. Bikes are available to rent too. The rooms are cozy, with a sofa bed that can work for a third person or a child. I stayed four nights and would consider coming back. We were on the fifth floor, looking over the Kodam Restaurant waiting area. We’d been told we could see the sunset, but a hill or mountain blocks it. The place is central, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The gym and sauna are both dated. The sauna was one of my main reasons for booking, and it never worked properly or went above 70° when I tried it.

The security guard was really helpful and friendly. The place is close enough to walk to aonang beach, and there’s a pool, sauna, and motorbike rental for 250thb/day.
