The white room and pictures gave the place a cozy, relaxing feel, and the little brown bears were cute. The room smelled like flowers when I walked in, which made me feel fresh. It also had air conditioning and a digital TV, so I could watch Netflix at night. Ms.Aoy was helpful, friendly, and professional, always greeting me with a big smile. The person who escorted me to the room was just as friendly. The owner, Mr.Erik, was also welcoming and attentive, and knew how to make guests comfortable. Those were my first impressions during the stay. What would yours be?

Reception staff were very helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent, with everything easy to reach by scooter. The rooms were noisy, and we got no cleaning or fresh towels during our five-day stay. As a master mason, I found the construction quality very cost-efficient. Electricity was unstable at times.

The inside was extremely disappointing, even though the exterior looked appealing. The room walls were visibly dirty, there were no proper bedroom windows, and the bathroom smelled strongly unpleasant. The sheets had visible stains, including marks that looked menstrual and yellow. Getting to the villa took me around 40 minutes, so the stated distance was misleading. I also felt unsafe: the gates weren't secured, and my room door didn't lock properly while other guests were staying there. The photos don't match reality. I've stayed in everything from two-star hotels to five-star premium properties, and this didn't meet even basic standards. For this price, I'd strongly suggest another hotel.

The room was big and clean, and the guys were really kind. Everything was perfect.
