Toto Residence

The owner was a lovely part of our stay, kind, friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed something. We felt welcome and looked after, which gave the place a warm, personal feel. ToTo Residence in Krabi was extremely clean and well maintained, from our room to the shared facilities. Everything felt fresh, hygienic, and comfortable. Cleanliness and guest comfort clearly matter here. A great choice for a Krabi visit, highly recommended.

We stayed at Toto for a week. The location is great for getting around on foot, and you can rent a scooter from the hotel if you want to go farther. Our room was large and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was large and had a balcony, a TV, and a good shower with hot water. The sheets and blankets were a little dirty, though still okay for the low price. Wi-Fi was very poor. I have mixed feelings because of one employee. When I first arrived and asked for a room, she was unfriendly and said there were none available, which turned out not to be true. While searching for another hotel, I booked through Agoda for 530 THB per night, a very cheap and good price. When I showed her the booking, she was unfriendly again and, instead of apologizing for the lie, spoke badly about me in Thai to her friend. She didn’t know my companion spoke Thai. The rooms are very reasonably priced, and I’d gladly stay again. The employee was the only negative.

I was given the wrong room for my first night, but the girls moved me to the right one with a balcony the next day. The room was clean and the bath was nice, though the bath in the first room needed some repairs. That first room was really noisy because of what might have been a generator outside. The balcony room was alright. You can hear people outside, but it didn’t bother me. The air conditioner is very loud, though it keeps the room cool. The bed is a bit hard, but good for my back. Service is very kind. 7,5/10.
