The breakfast was generous, and it was traditional Thai food rather than Western-style cooked food. The location is perfect, and there's private parking if you're driving. The air conditioning was stuck on a warmer setting at first, but they fixed it so it cooled the room.

A typical Thai B&B, with a clean room, decent breakfast, and helpful staff. It's near the railway station, and the glass water bottle feels a bit luxurious next to the usual plastic ones. The bed was nice too. In Ayutthaya, Grab is worth using: tuk-tuks can cost 2-3 times more and have no aircon. Grab drivers are locals, so you get a free guide as well.

You can walk to food, markets, massage places, and a 7-11 in about five minutes. Breakfast is included and served at the restaurant next door. We loved it: the boiled rice was seasoned just right, and the toast was perfectly done and about an inch thick. You can even choose how your eggs are cooked and what goes in them, and they have ice cream too. The place itself is clean, tidy, and thoughtfully set up, and it's great value for the price. My one small gripe is that the toilet, shower, and sink share one long room, so shower water splashes everywhere. The low nightly rate makes up for it. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Ayutthaya, I'd pick this place.

The staff were helpful and friendly, though only a few could speak English in more detail. My room was simple and clean, and the private bathroom was a plus. Breakfast was very good. A short bike ride gets you to some well-known wats and the night market; you can also walk to a 24-hour 7-eleven, the minivan bus station, and Thai massage. There are two bar-restaurants with live music within walking distance.
