Khurana Inn

As a Nepali, I felt comfortable interacting with the staff, and their warm welcome made the meal even more enjoyable. The Indian food was excellent, with authentic flavors and great presentation. Everyone was helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. I especially want to mention Mr. Radhe Radhe, Mr. Ram, and Ms. Jesmin for their friendly service and hospitality. The food quality exceeded expectations, and the service was outstanding. I’d highly recommend this place for a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

The room had basic safety and supply problems throughout. I had to keep my passport with me whenever I went out because the locker didn't work, and the window wouldn't shut properly either. There were no proper toiletries in the bathroom, just a Sansilk pouch instead of shampoo or shower gel. They also didn't leave water or coffee every day, and breakfast had only two or three choices. I stayed here and the experience was nothing like I expected. This is the worst international hotel I've ever stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are clean and comfortable for two, but too small for three people. Staff are pleasant and leave you alone, though you shouldn't expect premium or extra services. Since this is a busy hotel, booking ahead is a good idea. For shopping, the location is hard to beat, with Bayosky Plaza and Indra Market nearby. It's especially suited to Indian travelers. My stay was comfortable and worth the price.

We couldn't sleep on the first night because our room was extremely loud. The hotel knew the outdoor AC unit caused it, apparently when the kitchen was in use, yet they were still selling those rooms. They moved us to another room the next morning. The staff weren't polite. Someone came in using their key without knocking, and nobody helped us with our suitcases during the room change. The second room had old, noisy central AC too, though it wasn't as bad as the first one. If you want a comfortable stay, don't book here.
