There’s plenty to like for the price: the room was large and the pool and breakfast were okay. The room was affordable, though I wouldn’t call it a five-star hotel. Getting around is easy, with great public transport, lots of restaurants, street food and massage places nearby, plus large shopping malls. The main issue is the noise overnight. The hotel seems to get about ten large busloads of Chinese tourists each night. The rooms aren’t soundproof, and there are gaps under the doors and around the windows. The buses park right below the hotel windows, with their air conditioning running long before the tourists arrive, and it’s terribly noisy. Groups leave for the airport at different times through the night, banging doors and shouting to each other across the atrium. One busload leaves at 3am, then once it finally gets quiet, another bus starts rumbling and another group is shouting in the hallways before leaving at 4am. It carries on all night. After a long trip from Europe, I couldn’t get any sleep or rest.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I thought the price was worth it. Check-in went smoothly, and getting around the area was easy since many places are walkable. There are several 7-Elevens around the corner and a halal hotpot place a few meters across the street, which was really convenient. Great location with lots nearby. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The service really stood out. I accidentally left something behind, and the staff offered to ship it back to me. Great customer care, and I’ll stay here again when I’m in Bangkok. At Three Seasons Place, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was handy, and breakfast had an excellent selection. Worth the price.

The front desk is staffed 24/7, and they were always very helpful. Breakfast had a good range of choices too. I enjoyed staying here: the location was convenient, and the room was clean and cozy for a good price. I’ll choose this place again when I’m back in Bangkok.

It was an okay stay, though the hotel was fully booked while we were there, which may have slowed down the service. The rooms need work: I noticed cracks in the walls and some old stains. It also felt like there might be an ant problem.
