We were very happy with our stay and plan to come back on our next visit to Ayutthaya. The room and food prices were quite reasonable. The spacious rooms were well equipped, and the reception staff were friendly, efficient, and ready to help. There was a wide range at the breakfast buffet, from Japanese and Korean to Thai and Western dishes. We also ate at the ground-floor restaurant. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the spaghetti came with lots of shells. The wait staff were attentive and efficient, and could answer all our menu questions. I'd recommend this four-star hotel.

The room is huge, and the service apartment style cookware makes this a good choice for a longer stay or for anyone who wants to cook and have plenty of space for their things. It's not a new place, but it's in decent shape. At one point, power went out across one whole side of the room, including the outlets and lamps. Staff checked it, found the cause, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Not ideal, but they handled it professionally. The food was just okay, varying from nice some days to meh on others. The pastries were great, though.

The room and bathroom were good, and the bedding was especially comfortable. Even the towels smelled fresh. Check-in and check-out were quick. We were here with a tour, and the location worked well for us. There are plenty of things to reach if you don't mind walking 10-15 minutes along the main road.

The dining room had a nice feel and plenty of space for our tour group. The servers kept things moving, clearing dishes and topping up the buffet. There was a great range of food, from sushi to traditional Thai sweets, and it all tasted fresh.

Breakfast was included and had both Asian and Western choices, and the Cafe was nice too. The hotel is modern, clean, roomy and comfortable. Staff helped with translation and local advice, and the pool and gym were great. It’s off the island, but only a quick drive away. Impressed!
