The rooms, grounds, restaurant, and cafe were all good, and the cafe and restaurant service was good too. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk and other hotel staff seemed disorganized and not well trained for their jobs. They made several mistakes with taxi bookings and deposits that became charges. We left messages for the manager but got no reply. It's a nice hotel and I'd stay in the area, but I wouldn't have them book or arrange things.

We stayed four nights. The decor is nice, the price reasonable, and some of the staff were friendly. But the maids disturbed us every morning even while we were still in bed. On the third day, we got up early for breakfast and saw a maid unlock and enter our room without permission. Breakfast was middling. The trays should be labeled, because staff couldn't answer questions about what the food was.

It's good value for what you pay. The rooms feel a bit dated, and the AC is pretty noisy, but the food and service are excellent. The location is handy near the main street, while still being quiet. I'll come back.

A good place to stay in Banchang, with daily and monthly rooms and amenities including a pool. There's a Japanese restaurant, and a few bars, Tesco, and 7/11 stores are within walking distance. The airport and beaches are nearby too.

A clean, good hotel, but the lights went out for a full 20 minutes during my stay, so there are some technical issues. Breakfast was dull and poor. The food was bland and the bread was hard.
