The garden-facing balcony was a lovely place for coffee in the morning, and the whole guesthouse felt peaceful. I stayed one night and loved it. The rooms, shared spaces and garden were spotless and clearly well looked after. Everyone on staff was warm and helpful, and breakfast was simple, tasty and served with a smile. There’s a meaningful purpose behind the stay too: the foundation running The Picturebook Guesthouse supports local young people with education and career opportunities. It felt good to contribute. Great value, and I’d happily recommend it.

That garden is gorgeous, and the people are so kind. Everything’s really clean and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Breakfast in the garden was a favorite. The staff were lovely, and my room was clean and cozy enough for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely come again if I get the chance.

It’s a convenient spot, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and Grab makes getting around or ordering food easy. I also liked the rooms: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were kind and capable. A great social enterprise and training hotel.

My group felt at home from the minute we arrived. The staff really go out of their way, and the facilities are beautiful and clean. The food was delicious, and it’s great that the company helps marginalized young adults build life skills. It felt like a five-star resort right in Mae Sot. A must-stay while you’re here.
