The staff made a great first impression. They were friendly and answered all my questions about the hotel, with service that felt like what you’d get at a five-star place. Our room was clean and worked well for our family. There’s a small market nearby, and we walked to dinner without going far.

The staff were polite and tried to help, but the lobby noise went on late. Around 11:44 PM, guests were talking loudly and disturbing the peace. I called reception, yet it continued and made it hard to rest. I hope the hotel gets better at enforcing quiet hours.

I enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe each morning. There were a few international options, all freshly made and tasty. 7- Eleven and Lotus’s are an easy walk away, too. The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. The large bathroom had a powerful hairdryer, which I loved. As an artist, I had fun seeing the Bauhaus posters displayed downstairs. The decorations and handmade things for sale were tasteful, and I bought a t-shirt as a souvenir. A lovely stay, and a perfect three star hotel.

I’ve stayed here more than 10 times, and it’s still my favorite place in Mae Sot. Good location, affordable price, spacious room, and employees who go out of their way to help.

Clean, tidy rooms and cafe, with really good food and service. The staff were polite and genuinely helpful. A great hotel to stay at in Maesot, I highly recommend it.
