The compound is beautiful and full of trees, and you can walk around it. My room had a nice hill view. The local-tasting breakfast was included, and you can order delicious Kayin food here. There's also a meeting room that fits up to 40 participants. I had a great experience.

The owner is friendly, but the staff spoke almost no English. Breakfast each day was porridge, meatballs, and instant coffee. The location felt terrible if you don't have your own transportation, in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by cornfields. I stayed four nights. The room was bare, though the bed and air conditioning were OK, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The advertised hair dryer, pillow menu, and room service weren't actually available.

The place is quiet, and the service is the best. They also have a meeting room for 20 people.

The place, service, and food were all good. The only thing that needs upgrading is the sound and microphone system.
