The next room was really loud at 2 am, celebrating a birthday, and we could hear noise from outside our room too. It isn’t soundproof. Aside from that bad experience, the service from the staff was great, and the room was clean. It’s near the airport and a 7eleven. If you’re Muslim, you can find halal food at 7eleven. The location is convenient for other attractions, but you’ll need to rent a car or motorcycle. Toothbrushes aren’t provided.

There’s a night market right next door with cheap food, proper tables and chairs, and an evening busker. The rooms were clean and pretty big, and the staff were friendly. The pool looked great, though I didn’t try it. I just wish the room had a proper working table at a usual height.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The rooms and most facilities are run down, and the lobby, foyers, and rooms all reeked of overused cheap air fresheners. When we checked in, we found that some pillowcases hadn’t been changed to fresh ones.

They canceled my booking on the day I was due to arrive. This showed a complete lack of hospitality management, and I found that approach unacceptable. A truly disappointing experience. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The staff were the best part of my stay. The young man at the front greeted me with a Wai every time, classic Thai hospitality that made me feel special. There’s serviced laundry on site and a nice pool, and the bed was very comfortable with the best sheets I’ve ever experienced, with a very high thread count. The building wasn’t new in 2025, and it wasn’t the cleanest. I think you have to pay more for a high level of cleanliness in Chiang Mai. Even so, I enjoyed my stay.
