There’s a great ocean view, and the building feels very solid despite being older. The staff are friendly, and the pool is large and well looked after. There isn’t food or shopping nearby, though, and the workout room is dated with very little equipment.

A quiet, attractive condominium that’s about 20 years old. An on-site company rents apartments with one to three bedrooms, though their rooms tend to feel old-fashioned. Many individual owners have renovated their units and rent or lease them directly, and some are listed on Air B&B. You’re lucky if one comes up for sale.
