Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok

We were in Bangkok for the WFOT2026 congress, and the service was astonishing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was minimal noise, and the staff were kind. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. The location was great, though Bangkok is huge and you’ll end up using Grabs because walking to places isn’t always practical. Traffic around here was intense. For a 5* hotel, some things could be better, especially the heavily advertised Wagyu fillet, which was very mediocre. Still, it was a great choice for our stay.

Aon and Eing from housekeeping made my birthday stay unforgettable. After they found out it was my birthday, they decorated the room beautifully and left a cake there. Such a thoughtful surprise, and it really touched me. Ada at the front desk also made the stay start smoothly by kindly arranging an early check-in for us. The team’s care and genuine kindness made us feel welcome and valued. I’m grateful for the lovely experience and will remember it. I’d be glad to come back.

Clean, comfortable room, and room service was quick. The room was kept made up without me needing to wait or call unnecessarily. The location is ideal, linked to one mall with another directly opposite, and the train station is right there too. There’s plenty of street food at the doorstep.

I spent five nights and six days here in February 2025, and the service was excellent throughout. The staff were professional, attentive, happy to answer questions, and willing to handle requests. The property was spotless, which mattered to me since my cleanliness standards can be (sometimes unreasonably) high. Breakfast and the amenities were excellent too, and the direct BTS connection made getting around very easy. I’d gladly stay here again on another trip to Bangkok.
