The location is about a five-minute walk from soi 11, with bars like oskar bistro and clubs including Havana insanity sugar levels and rooftop above eleven. Right across from the residence there's a small grocery open 24 hours, an ATM and laundry. We were three people and booked a two-bedroom apartment plus a studio through airbnb. I felt at home as soon as I arrived. Security and the concierge miss Lek were extremely helpful and gave me a warm welcome. I stayed only four days, but I'd recommend the place for a long stay too. The apartment and studio were fully equipped. Cleaning came every day to tidy up and change the towels, while respecting our privacy.

I changed hotels four times on this trip to Bangkok, and some were excellent while others were so-so. I was initially concerned this place might be far from the metro. It is a little far, but when I arrived, the guard opened the main gate and the host opened the lobby door, welcomed me and showed me to my room. I asked about my passport, and she said it was fine. Apart from my hostel, ed house, I hadn't seen such a kind welcome. After selling my ed house guesthouse, I realized how kindly guests had been treated there. The room was excellent for a so-so price. The bed was really comfortable, and I liked the ivory color, small kitchen, and shampoo and body lotion combo. If I stayed in Bangkok for a long time, I'd want to stay here the whole time. I usually leave only a short opinion on Tripadvisor, but I highly recommend this place for a longer visit.
