The pool is huge and, like the gym, has a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. The room was very spacious, with a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. The bed was really comfortable, and we could watch TV and eat a small meal at the table. Excellent value for money.

❗️❗️❗️Be careful about the BnB posted by a woman called Hongyan❗️❗️❗️ We found the room dark and grey, in an alley that was dark and dangerous, as another guest had mentioned. It seemed to have been left unattended for several months apart from basic cleaning. The decor shown in the photos was gone, the sofa had been changed, and the living room table and carpet had been removed. There was a mixed smell of mold and cheap fragrance, and the ACs were super noisy. Outside the balcony was a construction site piled with rubbish, despite her claim that a villa should sit there. The Chinese owner first apologized and said she hadn’t been there for quite a while and that a former tenant had ruined the furniture. We arrived around 6ish pm and stayed the first night out of kindness. In the middle of this mess, we asked to have just the last two days of our three day stay refunded. She refused, then left us in the middle of the conversation for two hours in the middle of the night. We had to contact the BnB service center to cancel. She later returned from her claimed "babysitting" urgency. In fact, BnB had called her, which is why she reappeared. Her emotions collapsed and she insulted us. We reported that to the BnB service center, which fortunately helped us get out of there.

The pool was a highlight for me: there's room to swim laps, city views, and a jacuzzi area too. The gym on the eighth floor has a decent selection, including free weights up to 20 kg. I’m here for 15 nights, and the apartment has been comfortable with everything I need. The whole complex feels modern and is kept spotlessly clean. It’s about a four-minute walk to Sukhumvit main road, with Asok BTS, Terminal 21 and nightlife all nearby.

The rooftop view by the pool and BBQ area is lovely, and there’s a chilled-out cat in the lobby 😊. The apartment block itself is really nice, with an awesome pool. The gym is small and limited, but it’s clean, and both times I went it was empty.
