Clean, with good internet, good food, AC, and hot shower water. It’s a very good hotel about 7 minutes from bars and shops.

I stayed four nights at SCN City Hotel on a business trip to Rayong, and it worked well for both work and leisure. The hotel is right in town near the market, where you can walk to buy patongo. The room felt new, as if recently finished, and had a big balcony. Breakfast was a buffet.

Had a pleasant stay. The room was okay and everything was fine. The Google Maps location is a little off, but it wasn’t a major problem.

The room didn’t match the photos. The mattress, shown in the first photo, is the biggest issue: it’s covered in plastic, making it hot and really uncomfortable. There’s also just one window, a small one above the door, and you can’t see out of it. That’s the second photo.

The room is lovely for an affordable price, and the staff are friendly. It’s quite a small town, though, and the staff mostly spoke Thai.
