I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve encountered accommodation scams in Chiang Mai before, and this felt no different. The whole place seemed like a huge lie. Our room was missing basic amenities and was so far from what the booking listing advertised that I nearly left in the middle of the night. The staff seemed unable to handle basic things around the building. They didn’t know the check-in or check-out details or even which room we were supposed to be in. The owner was rude, aggressive, and difficult to deal with over the phone. They shouted, belittled me, and lied, then laughed while I explained that advertising something and not providing it wasn’t okay. They didn’t seem to care that the booking page had misled us. I hope the place gets shut down because of the bugs and smell, and that the owner learns some hospitality skills before reopening.

Stay away. The rooms didn’t match the listing, the mattress was broken, there were no lights or Wi-Fi, and the staff were very unfriendly.

I spent two months in Chiang Mai and this was easily my favorite place. The owners treated me like family and clearly cared about their guests. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the value was much better than the price would suggest.

The owners were so kind and friendly, and the service was brilliant. I loved the peaceful feel of the place, with fresh air from the green street and a stunning view of Doi Sutep. The street is close to the night market but very QUIET. The city center, old temples, and market are nearby, and the airport is close too. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and clean, and the halls are clean as well. All the equipment is new. There’s a cafe kitchen on the ground floor, a nice veranda, and bike rental. I really like this place. Whether you’re coming to Chiangmai for a few days, weeks, or even months, it feels like a real peaceful oasis.
