At 400 Baht for a one-bed room, or 450 Baht for two beds, I expected better value even at a low price. The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly, but the bed was painfully hard, like concrete, with a plastic cover. There was nowhere to put anything: no table, desk, chair, sideboard, or even a stool. The small fridge was already covered with other items. There was no wardrobe or place to hang clothes, not even a wall hook, so I had to leave everything on the floor.

They even did my laundry for free, and the staff were friendly. It's a cozy, pleasant place to sleep, with a 24-hour shop and free coffee in the morning. There's no breakfast.

Small place, but apparently it can fit 20 rooms. The sheets and toilet were clean, and it was adequate.

I stayed during Loi Krathong and paid 500 baht, which was fine with me. The room was nice and clean, with strong water pressure and cool air conditioning. The pillows were a little thin, so I ended up sleeping with two of them stacked.
