Heuan Na Khee

The biggest problem was the constant traffic noise from the busy main street. You can even feel the trucks going by. Parking is uncovered on red dirt. For around 300b, the price is very low, but there are several similar-priced motels nearby that seem like better options. The newer place next door has better insulation and covered parking. We picked the bungalow because it's larger than the rooms, but it was very basic. The large bed was comfortable enough. There’s a small fridge, kettle, and 3in1 coffee packets, plus a seating table outside. The flat screen TV was damaged, with the bottom 25% of the screen not visible. It also wasn't very clean, especially with lots of hair in the bathroom. A large blue plastic water barrel took up a lot of space in there. With it at 41C, the aircon took hours to cool the bungalow.

We stayed for 2 days and everything was okay for me. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service and value were good. It’s an affordable resort on the edge of town, though the rooms are looking tired and could do with refurbishment.

A nice, very inexpensive place to stay while traveling.
