The rooms look very nice and are comfortable, and the hotel is in central Pattaya with lots of shops nearby. But it sits at the corner of a main road with cars and bikes passing 24/7, so expect a lot of noise. The woman who made up the rooms, and seemed to run the hotel too, didn’t speak any English. She kept waking us in the morning by knocking hard and insisting on cleaning while we were still asleep. You won’t get a quiet rest here. Our room also stank horribly from a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Spraying perfume was the only thing we could do, and the whole room still smelled. We were very disappointed, since there are better places to stay in Pattaya. If you want to sleep well after nights out, don’t go there. We won’t book again.

The rooms and the place are super clean. Each room has a safe, and the different lights let you set some nice moods. It’s easy for a taxi driver to find, too. Great rooms, great location. I can only recommend them and will stay with them again.

They quote one price on booking.com, then demand another when you arrive. The difference itself isn’t small, but what upset me was the lack of care. There was practically no one around except a maid who cleaned the rooms for a few hours, and no other service was available. The bedsheets weren’t perfectly clean. Sorry, they used to do better, but now they’ve gone downhill.

A lovely arrangement and an excellent place to stay. Thanks to the staff for their excellent behavior. I’d definitely come again.
