The room was fine otherwise, but we didn’t use the shower because the instant water heater didn’t seem safe. There was no ground wire, and pressing the ELCB button did nothing.

The pool looks clean. At night, though, the AC and fridge buzz, and you can hear lots of trucks and honking from the main road. It made it hard to sleep well.

The rooms are a bit run down, and there’s no restaurant close by. For the price, it’s pretty good value, and totally fine for one night. I wouldn’t choose it for a vacation.

We got really helpful, friendly service here. The guy at reception called lots of bicycle shops for us, then drove me 25km to get a spare part. The beds were nice, the rooms clean, and there’s a good pool. It’s an excellent place to stop on a journey, especially if you’d rather not stay in Chiang Mai.

The building looks nice, but the busy road right beside it takes away from the peaceful feel in the photos. You hear diesel trucks passing constantly. Service was so-so.
