The pool was in rough shape, with algae and bird droppings in it. I got in for a moment, then had to get right back out. There's a restaurant on the property, and the food was okay, but there isn't a fitness center. My room was clean. The shower partition was small, so water splashed onto the floor by the toilet. The water heater was fitted under the sink, and I couldn't figure out how to use it at first. It seemed like there was no hot water, so I called the staff for help.

Breakfast had lots to choose from, and it was a proper breakfast. The staff were lovely too, and surprised me with a birthday treat that was complimentary. Really sweet 🫶🏻 I spent one night in a Deluxe Bathtub room and everything was on point: a super comfy bed, a clean room that smelled so good, and a full amenity kit. I could've arrived empty-handed. There's a beautiful swimming pool and parking, which made things easy. Best hotel in Banpong! I'll definitely come back and recommend it to friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a nice view from our room, which was clean and comfortably spacious. The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff and a really good restaurant that makes staying here convenient.

The breakfast was a pleasant, clean self-serve spread with eggs, ham, toast, coffee, milk, cereal, congee, and fruit. Our bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was good, and the shower was nice. The white decor felt upscale, even a bit luxurious, and the elevator needs a key card for security. We couldn't use the pool because it was closed for cleaning, and we ran out of time anyway. It looked large enough for a swim or a lounge, and I'd happily try it when I have more time. The restaurant was the same story for us, though it seemed popular with the late afternoon crowd. About 100 meters away there's an Isaan restaurant with live Isaan music that was busy, and a small lotus not too far away. The hotel was easy to find, with covered parking, new clean rooms, and a garden by the river. I loved the place and the friendly check-in. It's well located for visiting Nasatta park, about a 20 minute drive. I'd happily stay 2 or 3 days to relax, or break up a trip before khanchanaburi or erawan park.

We travel for both business and leisure, and have stayed here for the second time. The service was fantastic from booking through the stay. We travel with elderly family members and stay in the suites, which are very reasonably priced. The river side setting, food, and coffee are all amazing. We'll come back again next year. Mannie + Tim
