Bkl Pool Villa Pattaya

I love staying here whenever I'm in Pattaya. It's quiet, affordable, well equipped, and in a great location. The owner is so lovely and friendly 😊❤️

The house looks great and has excellent design, with lots of chic spots for photos, a swimming pool, and a bar by the pool. It would work well for a party. But finding the entrance was hard, the surrounding area was overgrown, and although it's near the sea, there isn't a beach there. Food was difficult to find too. The housekeeper didn't know the house very well, so when the owner wasn't around, nothing could be done. They also forgot to clean the rooms. During the rain, water leaked into the upstairs room and balcony and caused flooding. Water pressure was low on the second and third floors. Families with young children should watch them on the stairs, both between floors and inside the rooms.

The owner was lovely and very friendly, and the breakfast suited the homely feel. I stayed October 15-18, 2019, and the place's atmosphere made me feel right at home. Each room has an interesting story, and the bedroom, bathroom, and bed were all clean. I thought it was a great place 😉

It feels like staying at a friend's place, with a friendly caretaker and a beautiful, stylish, clean, private house. There's a pool with a bar in it. The main road isn't far away, and the entrance is a little narrow but easy to drive through. A weekend walking street market is also nearby.
