Best Bed Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Hostel

The people here were warm and friendly, and I felt welcome and looked after as soon as I arrived. The toilets were scrupulously clean, and the towels were great quality. Everything was spotlessly clean, the amenities were top-notch, and the location is a stone's throw from the airport, which is ideal for travelers on the go. I was delighted with my stay at this hostel. Each room is individually designed and carefully maintained, more like a boutique hotel, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. For budget travelers wanting somewhere comfortable, social, and well kept, I'd wholeheartedly recommend it. A hidden gem that exceeded my expectations.

Outside the hostel there's a 7-11, a mini plaza, and street vendors. Songthaews come by regularly, so you can ride local transit and explore. Check out the local market near the end of the route. Hang off the back like a local and go for a rip! Best Bed Hostel is a short drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Our private room was quiet, decent, and did what we needed after a 22-hour flight: gave us somewhere to rest and sleep. It serves its purpose. It's the kind of place it is. I'm simple and easy, so if you're like me, I'd recommend Best Bed Hostel for a night, maybe two.

The hostel is clean, tidy, fairly spacious inside, and very cheap for its location, so it has a lot going for it. But the basic setup made it hard to get a good night's sleep: road noise comes through, the rooms don't block much sound from each other, and the bed is quite hard. There's only a thin sheet and no blanket, and the privacy curtain doesn't wrap all the way around the bed.

For just a night's sleep, this place works if you're not expecting many facilities. There's a 7/11 right next door, local restaurants nearby, fast Wi-Fi, a clean shared bathroom, and kind staff. It's also about a 12-15 minute ride from the airport. The room is small and has just one bed, with no other furnishings. There's no elevator, hair dryer in the shared bathroom, or much of a blanket, and the pillow was too hard and thick for me. Paying by credit card costs an extra 3% of the room fee.
