DE Apartment

The room was a nice, fairly large apartment, with good internet and daily cleaning. The cleaners did wake me at 9 in the morning, though. It was about a 15-minute walk to Walking Street and 5 minutes to bukhao road. There was a large fridge and a kettle, plus a kitchen, but no stove or washing machine. We also had no running water for one day.

Everything was very neat and clean, and there are all kinds of food within walking distance, with easy access to facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside is no lift, so getting to the third floor takes some fitness, especially if you're carrying things.

We booked DE Apartments through Agoda, though check-in was at Mosaik Service Apartments, which seems to be another name they use. When we came back that evening, there were dozens of cockroaches of different sizes in the room, including in the bed and coming from under our shoes. I showed reception videos, but they weren't sorry and said we should have told them earlier. We'd been out all day, not searching the room for bugs. They said there were no other rooms available. We couldn't sleep with cockroaches in the bed, so we booked somewhere else and left the keys at the front desk. I hope Agoda refunds us, but I don't know if they will.

This is easily the best place I've stayed so far. It suits exactly what I need, and at this price I can't complain.
