We’re back in a taxi at midnight, heading to sleep at the airport after a day of travel. The woman at arrival was incredibly rude and insisted on cash only, something that wasn’t mentioned on booking.com. We’d booked three rooms, but she didn’t show us where they were or even seem willing to point us in the right direction. One room already had another couple sleeping in it. When we asked for a replacement, she said there were no more rooms and that we’d only get a refund if we returned the keys to the other two rooms. We’re three women in our sixties and feel really upset. Given the time, we have no choice but to sleep at the airport. Please don’t give them your business, you’ll be disappointed. Really not happy 🤬

We had a two-night booking and planned to arrive at 8 AM on the second day. The door listed check-in hours as 1 PM to 1 AM, but we’d contacted them ahead of time to explain our situation. When we got there, the receptionist showed no hospitality and seemed unable or unwilling to speak English. Instead of helping, she went back inside and cancelled our booking right in front of us. We were left stranded with nowhere to stay during a 16-hour layover. A horrible, frustrating experience, and completely unacceptable.

The rooms were spacious and just right for staying close to the airport before an early flight. Usually I’d give that five stars, but the check-in staff were so unfriendly and unwelcoming. They wouldn’t answer questions and were simply rude, which made the stay unpleasant. The person at check-in matters so much to a hotel.

We didn’t sleep there, just stopped to rest before heading home the same day. The rooms are nice and big, and it’s well placed near the airport. Everyone was welcoming and nice. I’ll use it again.

The towels were really soft, and the pool was lovely. There’s also a little tree-fort-style balcony above the entrance where I got a nice suntan. It’s very clean and close to the airport, with a quick, efficient ride for my very early checkout. It was pretty quiet and I didn’t hear any planes, though babies crying and people opening doors and talking in the hall did carry. The blankets and pillows smelled much too strongly of floral spray.
