Breakfast had a nice range, including rice porridge, stir-fried noodles, soy milk, and coffee. My king room was roomy, with an extra chair and table where I could relax. I especially liked the long built-in desk, with plenty of space for my notebook, speakers, and other things. They also provide shower gel and shampoo, a bathrobe, and large, small, and hand towels.

The main downside for me was the location. Getting to anything worth seeing took around 30 minutes by cab at best, and Bangkok traffic could stretch the trip downtown to an hour. I hadn't looked into the city before I booked my flight, so I just went for it. The hotel shuttle comes once an hour, and if you're only in Bangkok for a few days, you can head into town in the morning, see most of the sights, eat well, then return here. I had a great stay otherwise. The staff were fantastic and helpful, the room was nice, and both room service and the breakfast buffet were great. There's also a decent gym and a really good spa.

The rooms were very clean, and the outdoor pool and on-site restaurant were great. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the pickup point, a little farther than most places. I'd stay here again. Contact the hotel before you arrive to reserve a shuttle spot and confirm where to meet it. The shuttle leaves the hotel and terminal every hour.

After a long international flight, it was a relief to have everything easy, starting with the comfortable airport shuttle. The staff, including the bellboys and housekeeping team, were super friendly. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a good bed, a spacious bath, a separate shower, and all the little things I needed, so I didn't even have to open my suitcases. I slept soundly during the day after a very long night flight. The restaurant was pretty good, the lounge bar was excellent, and there's a pool plus a spa offering massages for a fee. This is an ideal place to stay before or after a flight, or during a layover. I'll be spending my Bangkok layovers here in the coming years. Highly recommend.
