Center Point Dorm Room

A cheap, clean, air-conditioned place right near the action on Koh Phi Phi. It’s tucked back from the street, so it stays quiet. I’d recommend it to backpackers.

Really affordable and clean, close to the beach, with the bathroom and shower inside the room. It gets very quiet after 2am.

Awful, there’s no other word for it. Hostels are usually cheap, and you know not to expect much, but this one is much worse. The room has air conditioning, but they only let you use it during the hours they chose, from 5pm to 10am. The remote isn’t kept in the room. There’s no hot water, and they don’t mention that anywhere. When we asked about it, all we got was “sorry.” The room smells moldy, and the shower and faucet are crooked, so you have to keep holding or turning them to shower or wash your hands. It’s literally next to a bar that plays very loud music until late, and our room faces the bar, so sleeping is difficult. I don’t recommend it. We’re going to lose the cost of the night because there’s no way we can stay here.

Decent enough if you want somewhere cheap in a good location.
