The setting outside is pleasant, with a small stream and a larger river nearby. You can swim if you’re feeling brave, though the water is brown; it smelled okay. The rooms have charm, but there were lots of insect larvae across the roof.

I liked the atmosphere, but hygiene and upkeep were a problem. Rats were running around in the ceiling and I could hear them. The floor mats and tissues, basic things, hadn’t been replaced before I checked in.

For such a low price, this is a beautiful spot. There isn’t much nightlife nearby, so bring your own beer or try the restaurant across the street. You can also walk down to the river and feed the fish.

The rooms were well cared for, with lovely views over a stream, and the river is just a walk away. Breakfast is included and was delicious, especially with the sunrise. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and funny. The property is beautiful. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

It’s a beautiful green location right by the river, but what we found didn’t match the price or our expectations. The room was basic and clean, though it had a sticky, mouldy smell, probably because ours was on the ground floor in a mostly shaded spot beside the water.
